Goals and Objectives
The project has been designed in four phases:
• Phase I - identify available profit potential real estate property in the region that will appreciate in value and serve marketable leasing space.
• Phase II – purchase, market and fill leasing space, and become profitable within 12 months.
• Phase III - expand the number of properties owned and maintained while increasing the profit margin for Triax, Inc. and its investors.
• Phase IV – Create a self-generating network of community services that can be duplicated in surrounding states.
